Who am I?

Planning your future is easier when you know a bit about you!

Developing an understanding of your beliefs, values, learning styles, strengths and personality type can help you determine what is important as you plan for your future. If you haven't, take a few of the assessments provided on this page and then make an appointment with Mrs. Harrison to discuss your results! If you already have a pretty good understanding of your personality and what you want to do, check out the How Do I Get There  page. Remember, these are suggestions, they just give you some food for thought and a place to begin. So if you want, hang around and take some of the personality tests, career profilers and interest assessments and see what they say!

Click the links below to find out more about you!

Get started with CareerOneStop's Interest Assessment. You'll answer 30 quick questions online. Then you'll get a list of careers that might be a good fit for your interests.

The Skills Matcher helps you identify your skills. Use the Skills Matcher to create a list of your skills and match them to careers that use those skills.

This Personality test claims to provide a “freakishly accurate” description of who you are and why you do things the way you do. Take this test and print the results, and bring them to your meeting with Mrs. Harrison if you can.

Values are your beliefs about what is important or desirable. When your values line up with how you live and work, you tend to feel more satisfied and confident. Living or working in ways that contradict your values can lead to dissatisfaction, confusion, and discouragement. So there is good reason to clarify your values, and seek to match your work to them. Are you ready to learn more about your own work values? Get started with the Work Values Matcher.

Want to learn more about who you are?  Make an appointment with Mrs. Harrison, she can help guide you through the tests and help you uncover more about yourself today!
